How to Start With Us

Starting with us is as straight-forward and as efficient as possible.

When your organization identifies a potential issue or source for a project, you provide T.S.P.G. with a brief outline of your particular needs and challenges. You should include a statement of the issue and the approximate timing requirements for the project.

Based on this information, we will prepare and present a detailed proposal (at no charge) outlining some of the options and processes that will address your needs, including the type of results you can expect and the approximate timeline required to complete the work. We will also include our initial estimate of professional fees, based on our current understanding of the parameters of the project.

Our proposals are highly detailed, because we believe that when you seek an external resource, you should know exactly what you are paying for and how the work will be done.

Following the approval of the project, we formally begin the process with a kick-off meeting in which the all of the logistical details are discussed, including the timeline schedule, approaches and tools. Once the project has begun, T.S.P.G. becomes part of your team with our own specific, clearly defined roles and objectives.
